During a whole-body red light therapy session, you’ll lie comfortably in a specialized light bed or stand in a full-body light panel. The experience is relaxing and completely painless- you’ll feel gentle warmth as the red and near-infrared light penetrates your skin and tissues.
Sessions usually last 10–20 minutes, and you can simply close your eyes, breathe deeply, and relax while your body absorbs the light.
After your session we encourage the use of our whole body vibration unit.
-
Pregnancy
Especially avoid use over the abdomen or lower back unless cleared by a healthcare provider.
Active Cancer or History of Cancer
Light therapy can stimulate cellular activity.
Do not use over known tumors or suspicious areas without medical approval.
Photosensitivity Disorders
Conditions like lupus or porphyria
Or if you take medications that increase light sensitivity. These can increase risk of burns or skin reactions.
Active Bleeding or Recent Hemorrhage
Increased circulation may worsen bleeding.
Severe Thyroid Disorders
Avoid direct exposure over the thyroid unless supervised.
Use Caution With:
Open wounds (
Active skin infections
Very sensitive or recently treated skin (chemical peels, microneedling, etc.)
-
Consistent red light therapy can be a useful aid for weight loss. It works as a fat-loss amplifier alongside proper nutrition and exercise- not as a standalone solution.
Red light penetrates the skin and may:
Stimulate fat cells (adipocytes)
Cause them to release stored fatty acids and glycerol
Make the fat cells temporarily shrink
Your body can then use those released fatty acids for energy- especially if you’re active. This is why combining red light therapy with exercise improves results.
It may improve circulation + lymphatic flow by:
Increasing blood flow
Supporting lymphatic drainage
This may help the body process and eliminate the released fatty contents more efficiently.
3. It may support metabolism:(Indirectly)
Some research suggests red light:
Improves mitochondrial function (your cells’ energy producers)
Reduces inflammation
Supports muscle recovery
Better recovery= better workouts= better fat loss over time.
-
Consistency is key
For Skin and Hair
3–5 times per week
After 8–12 weeks, reduce to 2–3 times per week for maintenance
For Pain Relief & Inflammation
Every other day to daily every other day
Once symptoms improve, reduce to 2–4 times per week
For Muscle Recovery, Athletic Performance or as a Weigh Loss Aid
After workouts or 3–5 times per week
Can be used more frequently during intense training periods
-
Protect your skin- avoid sun exposure, wear SPF and avoid retinoids, acids, and exfoliants for 24–48 hours.
Hydrate!
Prioritize rest and stress reduction.
Products- use moisturizers, antioxidant-rich products that contain vitamin C or E. Avoid using products with alcohol, synthetic fragrances, or parabens.

What is the difference between red light panels and a red light bed?
The main difference comes down to intensity (irradiance) and how the light reaches your body.
Most red light panels deliver less than 100 mW/cm² at the distance people usually stand- often around 40–50 mW/cm². The therapeutic dose is relatively low.
By contrast, our red light bed delivers about 960 mW/cm², with your body in direct contact with the light source.
In practical terms, a 15-minute session in our bed gives roughly the same therapeutic exposure you’d get from several hours in front of a panel, and the light is evenly distributed across the whole body.
Apples to oranges.
Why should I use the whole body vibration (WBV) after my red light (RL) session?
Boosts Circulation + Lymphatic Flow : WBV stimulates blood flow, helping the oxygen and nutrients activated by red light therapy reach tissues more effectively
Enhances Muscle Recovery: RL therapy supports cellular repair, and WBV promotes faster muscle activation and recovery
Improves Flexibility + Joint Health: WBV gently mobilizes joints and muscles, complementing the restorative effects of red light therapy
Supports Detoxification: increased circulation from WBV helps flush out metabolic waste and toxins after cellular stimulation from RL
Amplifies Energy + Alertness: the combo can leave you feeling more invigorated and physically balanced
Whole Body Cryotherapy
-
Cryotherapy is a fast, noninvasive, and natural process that accelerates the body’s recovery, reduces inflammation, and boosts overall well-being.
During a session your body is enveloped in hyper-cold air at temperatures below -170°F for up to 180 seconds, lowering the skin temperature by up to 30°F.
This extreme cold triggers blood flow to the core, increasing oxygenation and nutrient delivery while flushing toxins. Clients often experience reduced pain, faster recovery, improved cellular function, and an energizing boost—all in a safe and effective session.

Can aid in muscle recovery and reduce post-workout soreness.
Helps relax tight muscles and improve flexibility.
The heat encourages muscle relaxation and reduces tension.
The quiet, warm environment promotes mental calm and helps lower stress levels.
Sauna heat can ease soreness from exercise or chronic stiffness.
Improved circulation may help with recovery and joint mobility.
Regular sauna use can temporarily raise heart rate and improve blood flow, similar to light exercise.
Some studies suggest potential long-term heart health benefits.
Sweating helps eliminate toxins and impurities from the skin.
Increased blood flow can leave skin feeling refreshed and glowing.
Time in a sauna can be meditative, supporting mental clarity and emotional balance.
Pairs well with other wellness practices like yoga, massage, or meditation.
-
Temperatures usually range from 160–212°F, creating a soothing heat that encourages sweating and circulation.
Most sessions last 10–20 minutes, during which you can sit or lie on wooden benches, breathe deeply, and let stress melt away.
Afterward, you can have a cool rinse or do a cryotherapy session to refresh the body and completes the rejuvenating experience.
-
While a sauna is safe for most people, it may not be suitable for everyone.
Avoid sauna use if you have:
Cardiovascular Conditions: Severe heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or recent heart surgery.
Respiratory Issues: Severe asthma or chronic respiratory illness that may be aggravated by heat.
Pregnancy: High heat can pose risks, especially in the first trimester.
Fever or Acute Illness: Using a sauna when sick can worsen dehydration or stress the body.
Alcohol or Drug Impairment: Heat combined with alcohol or certain medications can increase risk of fainting or overheating.
-
Sauna red lights are mostly for ambiance and don’t provide the specific wavelengths or intensity needed for true red light therapy. For real cellular benefits- like reducing inflammation, boosting recovery, and improving skin health- medical-grade red light therapy is required.
A Finnish sauna delivers high, dry heat that boosts circulation, encourages deep sweating, and relaxes both body and mind. Its traditional ritual and intense warmth provide a full sauna experience that infrared heat can’t quite match.
-
For most healthy adults, 2–4 sauna sessions per week is ideal, with each session lasting 10–20 minutes.
-
Rehydrate: Sweating in the sauna can lead to fluid loss. Drink water or herbal tea to replenish your body.
Rest + Relax: Give yourself a few minutes to unwind. Gentle stretching or quiet relaxation enhances the benefits of the sauna.
Moisturize: sauna heat can dry the skin.
Alternate Hot + Cold: traditional Finnish practice often includes a brief cold plunge or shower to invigorate circulation and refresh the body.
-
